CSTR Annual Meeting & Dinner!

 Annual Meeting and Dinner will be hosted at Sturbridge Host Hotel in Sturbridge MA.  The 2026 date will be March 14, 2026.  Cocktails at 4 pm to 5 pm, General Membership Meeting from 5 pm to 6 pm.  The meal will be served from 6 pm to 7 pm.  Members may attend the General Meeting without attending the meal.  Nonmembers are welcome to attend.

 BOD Meeting

• Board of Directors will hold a meeting at 2 pm

Cocktails

• Cocktails will be available from 4 pm  to 5 pm

Members Meeting

• Members meeting will be held from 5 pm to 6 pm

Dinner

• The meal will be served beginning at 6 pm

Attendance at the annual meeting portion of the afternoon and evening is free for all members.  You can choose to join friends and members for the cocktails before the meeting and the meal after the meeting for a fee of $____. There will be a choice of fish or meat for the main course as well as accommodations for vegetarians or health issues.

Reservation deadline for attendance for the meal is March 6, 2026.

We will reserve a number of rooms at a special CSTR price of $119.00 plus fees.  You should call the hotel for room reservations and mention CSTR
